The Chocolatier
I have had a passion for chocolate since I was a child. Throughout the years, I wanted to take my passions to a new level.
At the start of my chocoholism, in 2007, I went to baking school and learned professional knowledge and technique of working in a kitchen and the tools needed.
Following that, I went on and earned my chocolatier diploma at L'Ecole Chocolat. Learning the basics, techniques and theory on chocolate.
I went on and earned my Masters Certificate in France with a Patisserie Chef. Hands-on, practical experience making a variety of chocolates and learning the proper storage & safety techniques of chocolate.
In 2018, I took my experience and knowledge even further by visiting farms in Ecuador and learning the farming of the cacao, the soil, the growth, fermentation, and chocolate production.
There is much more to learn and grown. My knowledge has not come to an end and as I continue this journey with chocolate, so will my training.
